Ezra, our little monkey, started sitting up with the help of his arms on February 18, hence the backdating of this post. (As an aside I had knee surgery on Feb. 5 and thus the complete absence of posting this month). He is getting more and more erect as the days pass and you can see the joy he finds in seeing the world from this vantage point.
He is growing so fast and his personality is blossoming. He grabs and reaches for everything that is remotely near him, including our hair, shirts and tablecloths. He is babbling a lovely song these days including consonants such as d's, m's, v's, and more. Blowing bubbles while he sings to us is another favorite pastime. And, it's hard not to see how in tune he is to melodies - whistling, songs, and instruments alike. He loves people and makes everyone smile wherever he is. He is a happy little baby boy.
