Four months and growing

Yesterday, we has our 4-month well visit with our pediatrician. Ezra is a big boy by all standards, much like Jonah was at this age. He measured 18 lbs. 14 oz. and 26 1/4 inches in length - over 90% for height and over 97% for weight. He is wearing 12 month clothes in most brands already ... how fast the time is going by.

My rather biased hunches about Ezra are that he is going to be a lefty and that he is not going to be quite as tall as Jonah, perhaps he'll top out at 6'0" instead of somewhere around 6'5" where we expect Jonah to be in 12 years. Time will tell and either way I'll let you know the outcome.

I can't believe how big Ezra is! We were at the Children's science museum the other day and I learned that a child's (boy) height at age 2 is approximately 49% of his mature height. It is 52% for a girl. Cadie was 31" at her 1 year check up so she will at least be 5'2" :)
Also- happy belated birthday!
