Finally the day has arrived. Ezra asks for, listens to, and loves his growing book collection. This new love started just after Christmas and has been expanding all the time. Here are his favorites so far: Busy, Busy Chicken, Jamberry, The Snowy Day, Bear Snores On, Hand, Hand Finger, Thumb, I Love You Sun, Good Dog Carl!. The Good Dog Carl series was the first books that he really sat through. Now he will pickup a book and say a word from his favorite part. Apple from Hand, Hand Finger Thumb or "plop!" from The Snowy Day or baby from Good Dog Carl.
It is a treat to be reading to him. Hopefully it will continue and soon we will be reading picture books not just board books.
