When John was in Italy the boys had their fare share of digging in the dirt, in parts thanks to Beth and I rototilling part of the front yard (where we will plant an eastern redbud/perennial bed). We got into a routine of having a quick muddy bath before heading upstairs to bed. Jonah really liked having a bathing partner - and he liked being able to scrub someone up for a change. Ezra, on the other hand, is still getting used to anyone getting him clean.
